HAYLEY QUINTON

Hayley Quinton has been playing Horseball for the past 20 years, having played from a junior all the way up to 1st division. Having started coaching 8 years ago she now teaches 3 universities and this year she will play in this new exciting team that she coaches.

LILY RUDMAN

Lily is a veterinary student who started horseball 2 years ago with the University of Nottingham Sutton Bonington Riding Club loving it from the very start. Lily played her first BHA open weekend at the end of the 2015 season, and is looking forward to playing throughout the 2016 season with Nottingham Knights.

TAWNY KERSHAW

Tawny is almost a fully qualified veterinary nurse who has played horseball for roughly 3 years. She first played on her own horse, Shanti, before becoming heavily involved in the Notting Trent University team. Her favourite role is defence and she hopes to compete on her own horse one day.

SOPHIE BELL

Sophie first started playing horseball in 2015 when she started university at Trent, and found she loved it. Sophie is hoping to play on her own horse Chess this season.

JESS STOBART

Jess started playing horseball in her first year of university at Trent, having never heard of it before. Jess has since been heavily involved in horseball, and loves every minute of it! Jess played her first BHA game at the end of last season, and can't wait for this next season.

LOTTI RENWICK

Lotti started playing horseball when she joined uni, 4 years ago and quickly found out she liked hanging upside down off ponies more than she did riding them, and continued with horseball from there, captaining the Trent team and now even after leaving uni still trys to squeeze it in around her full time job.

AMY WRIGHT

Amy has 3 children so is always very busy. Amy has lots of animals / pets from a hamster to peacocks and many others in between! Amy attended a have a go at horseball session with Sarah in Dec 14 on a riding school pony. They both absolutely loved it and attended further have a go session and then joined team training and played almost all season last year. Amy usually rides Sarahs thoroughbred Dubai Tiger

BENE WORSFOLD

Bene began playing horseball when she started uni at Trent and hasn't looked back since! Bene loves every minute of the game, especially when she manages to pick up!

HANNAH MILES

Hannah started Horseball 2 years ago with Nottingham University before being part of the Nottingham Knights set up. She joined the BHA at the end of last season for the Open and is looking forward to playing a full season this year with the help of Hayley!

SARAH HUDGINS

In December 2014 Sarah went to one of the retraining of racehorses have a go days and was hooked. In March 2015 Sarah played her first game in the National League on 17.2hh ex racehorse Society Sam and had a fantastic season. This year she is trying out her new ex racer Zerdiyan who she hopes will take to the sport as well as her other horses have.

RACHEL LYON

Rachel is a Nottingham Uni student, and started playing Horseball in her second year at university. She became captain for the Sutton Bonington Horseball team, met Hayley, and played for one of the Nottingham teams last year in our first league competition. Rachel's favourite part of the game has to be pickups. It's now a requirement of any future horses of hers to be willing to play!

ALICIA HOWELL

Alicia is a third year vet at Nottingham University. Alicia had a go at horseball at a taster session and hasn't looked back since. Alicis loves the sport and is very excited to have the opportunity to play at Onley for the Nottingham Team!
